Andy Libert has always been curious about how the human body works. As a young child, he began running for the pure enjoyment of movement. With little thought of actually getting anywhere or accomplishing anything, Andy relished the natural motion. It filled him with a meaning and purpose that he could not have found any other way.
Exploration of movement through running and other sports led Andy to studies in human physiology, biomechanics, massage therapy, and strength and conditioning. As he progressed in his athletic endeavors to become a national champion in two sports (10K road race and duathlon), Andy deals with some of the same debilitating injuries as his clients.
Andy enjoys helping others resolve painful issues that limit the quality of their lives and seeks to help them explore their lives through better movement quality. In his work and in his life, Andy’s main inspirations include: Terri, the love of his life and wife of 22 years; Joe and Mekele, his two cats; and being an avid masters triathlete.
